PROPERTY EMERGENCY MANUALS FOR GP PRACTICES,  DENTAL PRACTICES AND CARE HOMES TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CARE QUALITY COMMISSION (CQC)

The CQC requires GP Practices and Dental Practices and Care Homes to have Emergency Instructions in place for the premises. The simplest and and most cost effective way of complying with this requirement is to have a Template of a Property Emergency Manual which can be customised to suit the property.

We have available suitable Template manuals for these types of healthcare properties together with customising instructions.

The customising can be carried out by a technically trained person familiar with the property or alternatively we are able to customise the manual at our office following receipt of our Property Questionnaire completed by the Practice Manager/Care Home Manager.
